Score one for gluten-free pasta!

Fusilli is a traditional spiral pasta that is great with chesse or a sauce.I was just reading an interesting article over at the Triumph Dining Gluten Free Blog.  It seems that Heinz, who owns BiAglut, a popular brand of gluten-free pasta made in Italy, has just convinced the US Government to overturn the import tax on gluten-free Italian pasta.

I’ve heard of BiAglut, but have rarely seen it and never tried it.  But I imagine that now, both of those things will soon change.  I bet we’ll be seeing it and maybe other Italian gluten-free pastas on more grocery shelves in the near future.  And maybe with a more reasonable price.

Dare we hope?
