Gluten-free diet is good for people who don’t have celiac disease

A study of people at risk of celiac disease, but without any symptoms, showed that those that went on a gluten-free diet reported improved gastrointestinal health as well as an overall improvement in their health-related quality of life.

More People May Benefit From Going Gluten-Free

I’m not at all surprised.  Don’t we all know someone who wasn’t gluten intolerant but went gluten free for an unrelated reason, and felt better?  At least the medical community is starting to catch on to what we’ve been hearing anecdotally for some time.
