David hates cauliflower. David tried this, ate it, and fought me for the leftovers. Then he said we should make it again. ‘Nuff said.
I’ve seen this on several other websites recently, so basically I’m thanking the gluten-free universe for the idea and passing it along to anyone who hasn’t tried it. Seriously, it’s good. Really good.
Gluten-Free Roasted Cauliflower
Take a huge head of cauliflower, wash it, and separate it into even-sized florets (not too small, not too big). Coat well with oil, sprinkle with salt, place on a parchment-lined pan, and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring once about halfway through. Devour.
I don’t know what to do with the leftovers because we ate the whole pan…
