In the News

Here’s an interesting article from the LA Times on possible non-dietary treatments for celiac disease. These treatments are still years away from being available to the general public, but it’s good to know what’s going on.

Generally, I don’t find it hard to follow a gluten-free diet. (I have a lot more trouble avoiding soy, which is another of my food intolerances.) But for the large number of gluten-intolerants out there that according to the article do find it difficult, this is hopeful news.
