After my prescription adventure at Big-Name Chain Pharmacy, David sent an email to the company, describing his, um, annoyance at the events. Here is the actual response, with names changed to protect the innocent, as well as the insolent and ignorant.

Thank you for your e-mail regarding the Delray Beach, FL, (Big-Name Chain Pharmacy) location. I am happy to help you.
Mr. Noone, please accept my sincere apology for the rude and unhelpful level of customer service your wife experienced when she visited our Pharmacy. I certainly understand your frustration and agree this is unacceptable. I have documented your comments and filed a complaint against the Pharmacy on your behalf. I have contacted our District Manager Pharmacy Supervisor, (Mr. Supervisor), and made him aware of your comments. (Mr. Supervisor) will address your concerns with our Pharmacy Manager and staff to prevent this from happening in the future. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
