The whole food/eating/not-reacting thing isn’t going so well. I thought by now I would have a good idea of what I could eat and what I couldn’t.
I was wrong.
Every time I think I have my latest reactions pinpointed, something else happens. New symptoms. Strange sensations. Craziness.
I’m continuing to work on it. (Like I can do anything else now!) I’m trying eliminations, additions, combinations. As a result, there’s still not much actual cooking going on. Subsisting, maybe. But cooking, not so much. And definitely no experimenting.
I need something to keep my spirits up in the meantime. So let’s celebrate the world of naturally gluten-free food!
We have grapes. Which are good just the way they are. And raisins, let’s not forget them. Yummy, as well as extremely convenient and portable.
Need to step it up a bit? Try a little wine:
As Benjamin Franklin said, “Wine makes daily living easier, less hurried, with fewer tensions and more tolerance.”
Remember, if you don’t do alcohol, grape juice is mighty tasty as well. And please, always enjoy your naturally gluten-free products responsibly!
