A while back I was trying to isolate my latest food issues and determine if I was merely suffering from soy cross-contamination, or if I was developing new intolerances.
So far, with (not quite) rigorous testing, I have determined that corn and dairy continue to be safe. Glory Hallelujah!
Eggs, well, that’s another story. For over a year I have reacted to raw egg, but cooked seemed fine, until now. But I don’t have it nailed down yet. Why not? Mainly because I just can’t face a full-blown elimination diet right now. Too much going on, too many stresses and distractions. It’s just not an option at the moment. So I’ve eliminated all sources of egg, and I’m waiting until I have 3 or more good days in a row, then I’m going to have a lovely omelet as a test.
The hard part has been getting 3 good days in a row. Obviously there are other food issues going on.
