Ham Sammiches! Leftover baked ham, condiments of choice, featuring a beautiful loaf of Basic Sandwich Bread from Annilise G. Roberts’ Gluten-Free Baking Classics. I substituted 1/4 cup of dark Teff flour for the same amount of gluten-free flour in the recipe. Oh yeah, and a side of fresh pumpkin. Love the little “pie pumpkins” in the grocery stores these days.
