What’s for Dinner?
Using Mary Frances’ crust recipe, at Gluten Free [Cooking School]. This was our first try with this recipe, and ooh! So good! Definitely a keeper.
Topped with one medium zucchini, diced, half an onion, diced and about 5 cloves of garlic, minced. Saute all these in some olive oil until brown. Take 1.5 cups milk with 1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed in, and add to the pan. Stir until sauce thickens, season with salt to taste. Spread over the partially baked pizza crust, and top with mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with dried oregano. Return to the oven until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
