This and That

Today after I pulled up in front of the local grocery store, as I was grabbing my purse and canvas bags, I noticed a gentleman with a cart full of groceries walking in my general direction. He had several loaves of french style bread sticking up out of his cart. I gazed at him for a moment, and without malice, thought, “Ah, those were the days!”

I miss the convenience of eating any old thing I found in the store. I don’t miss the illness that went along with that convenience.

I’m finally getting back in the swing of things here, and starting to feel like blogging again. Nothing major was happening, I just was a little busy, and not interested in reporting on anything. I know my readers, all two or three of you, found it difficult to fill the 30 second void in your weeks left by no new Li Loves David posts. Sorry…

I haven’t been doing a lot in the kitchen in the past few weeks, but I’m hoping to spend a little more time there soon. I’m searching for some specific recipes, and if I come up with anything good, I will be sure to share it!
